I've seen this on mythbusters, if the cord actually were to fall in the water they'd be fine.. as long as it's not hooked up to something without a fuse/surge protector.

Yea, but what happened to the guys after you watched Hostel? And you had the whole pool thing going. I'm not going back to Germany. I don't care if we gave Cooke Barracks back to the Germans. I'm not going!
