I just saw that katojapan (mrejapan on YouTube) has a couple of new videos up on YouTube showing him reviewing an Italian ration. This is a particularly good set of videos because it shows him actually preparing and taste-testing all the food:

That's what it looks like - in the first video around 1:58 it shows him picking up a bottle labeled "Cordiale". There's another picture and some commentary about this here in this thread:

I just looked in the current Italian rations specification and it looks like they include this "Cordiale" in two menus/modules - B and F. The actual menu item is "Cordiale/bevanda alcolica".

which roughly translates to:CORDIALE O ALTRA BEVANDA ALCOLICA in contenitori mignon da cl. 3.
Il cordiale, deve essere preparato impiegando: “alcool fino” a 95°, diluito in acqua distillata, estratto e zucchero.
Esso deve presentarsi limpido, di colore giallo ambrato, con odore e sapore gradevoli caratteristici.
Deve corrispondere ai seguenti dati analitici:
- grado alcolico: non meno di 40°;
- alcool metilico: non superiore a ml 0,25 per ml 100 di alcool anidro;
- acidità totale, espressa in acido acetico: non superiore a mg 50 per ml 100 di alcool anidro;
- metalli pesanti: rispettivamente, non più di : Pb 0,3 ppm - Cu 1 ppm - Zn 5 ppm;

Il prodotto potrà essere acquistato anche pronto in commercio purchè in possesso dei requisiti richiesti.
