Turkey Tetrazzini sounds pretty tasty! Feeding troops in extreme cold environments has its challenges. The US Military issues a specific Ration for this purpose. The Meal Cold Weather (MCW) replaces the MRE in arctic conditions. Unlike the meal ready to eat the MCW has a freeze-dried main course. Freeze-dried food doesn't freeze in arctic temperatures because it doesn't contain any water.

Great review.
I didn't mind this menu, It's like nothing I've had before in an freeze dried meal.
The noodles throw me off at first as the meal itself seems like a turkey and vegetable stew but it works.
I think it's as close to Thanksgiving freeze dried meal as I will get.
