Have had many old biscuits brown/ fruit biscuits and havent found any bad ones yet, found more bad cheese crackers in the new ones...
As long as they have been stored cool and dark they wount go bad
I have had a few packages of bad biscuits brown/ fruit biscuits, basically I have found that they tend to get somewhat soft when they go bad! The taste is just off, but not horrible (that I remember) and no old MRE tongue tingling.

Haha fair. With biscuits fruit in my experience they are fine or turn to rot... no in between! I will maybe try biscuits brown in a few weeks... cant stomach seeing more old food after opening a load of British group ration cans for preservation
Check out my ORP menu spreadsheet: https://bit.ly/2NqUFRX | I have: | British 24HR Box Rations | French RCIRs | Type I EPA |Danish Rations
I really like this menu, I was surprised because most freeze dried meal with rice can be very hit or miss, rice can be hard or very overcooked but this meal to me was perfect when I tried it recently.
Perfect rice, nice cooked chicken but also the vegetables still had a nice bite to them despite being fully rehydrated and the meal overall had a great oriental soy sauce Chinese 5 spice taste to it.
I came, I saw, I ate some rations then fell asleep amongst the clover.
