1991 Menu 2 Corned Beef Hash

Found these cool disposable Chinet trays at a flea market last weekend. Perfect for rations.

This was as good as it gets, beef hash, freeze dried fruit AND a cookie bar! The cherry drink mix was bad but I usually don’t drink them just I just give it a taste. Every thing else was great. I decided to mix the coffee, cocoa and creamer together this time, glad I did. No funky aftertaste or anything and the jelly still had a hint of grape flavor.
