2017 Ukrainian 24 Hour Ration

Just finished reviewing the Ukrainian 24 Hour Ration.

This is a no frills 24 hour ration with a very high calorie and very high carb count but not so much on taste and diversity. Basically it includes 3 main dishes, 6 packs of biscuits, 2 packs of honey, 2 black tea bags, 1 pack of instant coffee, and liver spread

You are reviewing the oldest version of Ukrainian MRE. For 2020, the most popular and delicious version is in retort packages, it is called DPNP. About 3/4 of the Ukrainian army receive MREs in retort packages. In cans 1/4 of the Ukrainian army.

Ok I will look for a newer version of this MRE you say that it is in retort pouches when was the first year for this MRE.
