Unknown Horlicks 1963 ration

Anyone got any more information on this ration? Ever seen one before or know what the contents contains? Is it military or civilian? Is it a lifeboat ration?

It's a tablet ration that was given to RAF crews. I haven't seen this particular one though.
Chocolate, boiled sweets is typical, but not sure. This one is way bigger than the ones I've seen.
