First Gen MRE Alternative Menu 's - Beefsteak and Chicken Loaf

Finally! I've been trying to find and aquire both of these for SO LONG!!! Back in the first generation of MRE's from 81-85, menu 9 and 12 would sometimes (super rarely) be replaced with essentially a 9B, and a 12B. These are so hard to find, and both have never even been opened and shown online, especially the beefsteak, which is very a super unknown brown bag MRE. The unicorn MRE basically!. I'll be doing menu 9B, Beefsteak, this week for my YouTube channel.

If anybody has any more info these that I don't have, I'd love to know more, thanks!

Chicken Loaf? Can't imagine why that didn't stay on the menu. :D

I'm looking for a brown bag beef slices, if anyone comes upon one...it was my first mre when I was a kid

Dudeman253 may run across them but so far the cases he has opened to sell have had that menu substituted with Grilled Chicken Breast. I miss C-Ration Beef Slices and Potatoes w/Gravy.

mre beef slices menu4 was until 1987,than the omelette menu4 came and lasted to 1994.
in 1995 the grilled chicken breast menu4 came and changed to menu nr 15 in 1996 and the menu4 was ham slice in 1996.
