Been digging stuff out and wanted to show my old prototype MRE. This thing is a beaut, cannot wait to evaluate the contents.. likely not to actually open and taste them.. at least not yet. The more I learn, the less I know - and this stuff is such treasure! Gotta do it right!

Norge I'm saving a lot of empty packaging of various rations for your display if needed. An old lrp that Oldsmokey gave me for one - it's a 1964. Bunch of stuff.. the prototype Food Packet Assault. Oh and Sentient Tootsie Roll linked me up with a case of 1980 DoP MREs with a 2 year inspection. Not the usual 3. That case is a nice trophy - who knows what's even different inside of that one..

In the meantime, this is what I'm drinking right now. I really miss coffee instant type 1.

Got 1 package goin out later and a few PMs - got a little editing to do and then to the post!
