I have a feeling I'm going to be sorry for even asking this but...
I don't know if that counts seeing as MREs don't technically include enemas. Unless, of course, you plan on using that nifty new Hot Beverage Bag. But even then, you're only half-way there with that solution and that's as far as I'm going to go.
