As long as they have posted it they can't really be blamed for the long shipping time. Like I said earlier, I had a parcel posted from Moscow which was held by Russian post in Moscow for a week before being exported. Not the seller's fault I guess.
But of course if it makes your order turn into a bad experience, it's unlikely you will buy from them again, regardless.
Don't you have a tracking number?
No tracking number, the picture of the package sent shows it was going to be sent air mail. The longest I have ever had to wait for air mail from Russia was 3 weeks and 2 months tops for non air mail. In the past year I have received well over a dozen orders from various sellers on ebay or other online vendors.

I've had great luck with EMS shipping from Russia, it's definitely more expensive, but it is usually on my doorstep in 6-9 days.

I have an order NOT from Rocketstore that has been "awaiting departure from Russia" for approximately 22 days..........LOL.
I'm guessing their customs is a really mixed bag.
Priority Airmail is the most reliable but it's damn expensive.

Yeah it's as if their outgoing mail sits and waits until they can fill a plane or maybe they only have one scheduled flight per month or something... I don't know...
.. or perhaps it's been sent and they didn't scan it properly so it might be on its way but god knows where...

I'm guessing many times it's on a boat somewhere in the Atlantic.....

I am really sorry again that your package was lost on its way. We will send you a replacement by the fast air mail with tracking number tomorrow. It will need about 7-10 days for delivery.

Yes, your are right. Economy Shipping usually need about 45-60 days for delivery from Russia. Parcel with this shipping method usually have big way by train, boats and etc. with lots of transit countries.

Maybe the Russian post has a complicated pricing system - many different rates for different countries and it is impossible to list all of them.
