Thak you. All the carbines are all General Motors and the paratrooper stocked (Italian reproduction stock) carbine has an Underwood (typerwriters) barrel dated 1943 while the others are 1944.
The M1 rifle is H&R dated 1956.
The top gun is a Springfield Armory M1A-NM w/ custom glass bedded into an M14E2 stock built in 2001. The M15/M14E2 were unsuccessful attempts to create a SAW configuration to replace the BAR; the M14 was simply too light-weight and the .308 Win/7.62mm NATO ammo too powerful.
Mine has ARMS mount with Leupold M4 rings and Leupold M4 10x w/ mil-dot reticle. It's insanely accurate as it shoots 0.5 MOA easily with Federal Match and other tuned handloads.

i might be wrong,
but...
I THINK you can buy a version of the g36, in Semi-aut Only
unfortuantly the gov here thinks fullauto=evil, so any gun not registered by the ATF before 1968 is banned for "civilian" resale
As a result all full auto guns are A) old, and B) Expensive Expensive Expensive

Thanks 4 the kind comments.
I prefer a box of Tuna Helper and a can of dolphin-safe tuna [packed in water] to any MRE. Some of you may recall I first posted at
MRE Info after last year's Hurricane Rita after becoming dreadfully flatulent on a fresh FEMA MRE.
I sold one of my six FALs to my brother-in-law [matching#'s '58 on IMBEL gear logo]. He's big on FAL mods, Big Berkey water purification, & self sufficiency. Between us, we have our preparedness shit together pretty much.

I'd sure like to pick up a DSA Fal before the next election. You never know we might get another Clinton in office.

I'm an admitted FALoholic; get 'em while the gettin' is good. Who would have thought that today is "the good ol' days" and that we'd ever get them back after Clinton?
I'd grab .223 and a can of Progresso Hearty Chicken soup before I'd grab a FAL........

Thanks for the ammo and AR porn gentlemen. Seems that ammo is harder to get than the rifles these days. My supplies of .308 Port, Aussie, Malay and IMI are low, but have plenty of SA.
