That's funny, some of the prettiest women I've ever met were in the USA. Is it just a case of the 'grass being greener' I wonder?
A lot of US women seemed to dig my accent - I'm no Brad Pitt but they gave me lots of attention!

I have a strange accent, Very South Welsh but with a hint of English thanks to my mother growing up in England and Germany. She was an army brat and moved from place to place. I pronounce some words quite differently to my friends, they find it pretty funny.
This is guy has a similar to my accent, the recordings from a different valley about 15 miles away so it differs mines little stronger.

Don't forget Gibson was
born a Yank....
My Mrs says if I get drunk my long-dormant Northern English accent comes out. I went out on the beer with some old mates a while ago and she claims I came home sounding like Christopher Eccleston. I've never noticed it.

Found a picture of the "old" Manot Krav in use during the 1973 War of Attrition.
The big difference is it was packed for 5 troops, not 4 (5 being the number in a Sherman Tank crew, which had not been used by Israel for 20 years). Also one of the big entree items was a can of Turkey w/Noodles, which can clearly be seen in the picture alongside the sardines and loof.

That IDF guy on the merk, eating what was taken to be the new IDF ration..
Its a clear plastic tub of strawberries. Obviously purchased at a supermarket in Sderot, just a few miles down the road.
Israel must be the only democracy in the world where you can park up your Merkava MBT and do a bit of shopping

Sorry not a merk..

Or just stop at the local 7-11/Quicky Mart and get something to go...?
