Part three, sorry guys am a bit hamfisted with the computer today

According to the Customs boys Something canned has been found to have Egg or mayonnaise based sauce and has been removed.
Had a look at the ingredients list

and then inside.....
Still a fairly full box

Through process of deduction (My French is not what you would call up to standard) I seem to be missing my starter: Fish and Vegetables Salad.
All in all I am pretty happy with that. I am surprised they did not take the heating kit but am not going to complain.

Closer reading says if it contains less than 10% egg or mayo it is legal but they could not determine the percentage. I guess their french is as good as mine
Quarrantine has generously offered to mail it back to Germany for $42. Don't think I will take them up on the offer.

Once again mate thank you and best speed for the return package

Best of luck Adrian!

@Yowie: seems that it`s almost passed in good condition - so, for the lost of that fish salad it was a good deal with customs! The main things are there!
How about the 1. ration, was there anything in with mayonaise??

An advice for Yowie: next time use a sturdier box, brother. The guy from customs shaked his head when saw the box in a sack, told me "shitty box, you know, sign here and take care not to lose something". So I've taken my trusty Victorinox pocket knife, did some surgery on the box, put some supplies for sw342pd inside, sealed with tape, wrote the adress on the box and sent it away.

World, I'm the proud owner of the single 2 Aussie rations in Eastern Europe. And they are very complete.

PS: first stage of Operation Jaegermeinster completed with flying colours.
