I miss the 7.62 m60 machine gun..shot the 249 in KY, was not impressed. I can still shoot expert at 60+ yrs.. Can't wait to match you young guys in Vegas! @ next meetup lol..we roll the 7.62 here in WV lol...we have a range in the backyard .. 1st AD 1996-2001..tip of the spear

Well, I must admit that you do make a valid point with #2. However, Kirk was never in possession of a weapon that could destroy entire planets with a single shot. As to number one, ok ok. No slave Lea for sure.

The M249 replaced the M60 as the squad automatic weapon there are 2 per squad but the basic infantry platoon has two M240B/L which shoot 7.62x51, per plt.
I prefer the M2

I spent 2 years flying out to LV for work every week.. feels like I've slept at every hotel in that city.

You really can't go wrong with any place for the meetup. Great city and the weather in March should be really pleasant! (I'd bet mid 70s-low 80s during the day.. and light jacket weather in the evenings)

Looks like we will probably do it at the Venetian. This is gonna be EPIC!
