Wacky, all our Germans don't drink! What sort of stereotype are you trying to perpetuate anyway?! Goes to show what Americans think about Germans though. I sort of assumed that beer was like milk at the dinner table or something. Nothing better than finding out my world view is crap and I'm pretty good about not having any predisposed notions of other cultures.

Actually a guy I grew up with is Dutch, so all I think about Dutch people is stroopwaffle, crepes and Indonesian food. (nasi goreng. Mmmm...) Now I do know that I can go get high legally in your country, and I'm well aware of what a smart shop is. Oh, and every Dutch person I've had the pleasure of meeting was pretty awesome, no idea if that's just lucky or not, I hear it's a pretty common thing though.

Yeah most Dutch people who can afford and
like to go to the US are good people. But as everywhere, there are some wackos here too.

I think i have to Defend the german Culture
I Like Beer very much and drink lots of it (almost on the Weekend)
Waiting for an "Instant Beer Drink" in the MRE or EPA

They just need little cans of beer. Or even better, a "morale" pack in every case or something with 6 little beer cans that couldn't possibly get anyone drunk even if they drank all six but crappy warm beer is better than no beer.

I'm cool with that as long as I'm referenced as a Texan and not an American.
Although I used to be just as proud to be an American. Maybe we'll get a President that'll change that back.

hehe, the US is starting to look a little more like Europe:
"I'm not European, im Dutch/German/French/whatever"
"I'm not American, im Texan/Californian/NewYorker/whatever"
