He is straight up old school Ukrainian Black Beret (Marines), carries 2 knives on him, and besides his baby (PKM), he carries a captured Russian Ak on his back, as insurance.

Do you read Russian/Ukrainian? It's "1-ша окрема штурмова рота ДУК ПС", the best I can translate is "1st separate assault company Praviy Sektor"
