In consideration for someone i offered it to him first.... i'll let him have first crack at it. It's out of date but not badly so.

According to what the back of these menu papers say:

full ration : 3350 kcal
one meal : 1000 kcal

Any one interested to try one of these rations can look at the sales section: im doing a clearing of stock

Ohh yeah but when you are at home kilometers aways, getting smelled will only make you sleep on the couch

I'm not really sure though that being smelled is something you should be worried about in modern warfare... Special ops maybe, but regular soldiers I doubt it... I'm sure you can hear someone faster than smell them

I believe there was a non-halal menu list with the Singapore rations I purchased. Sorry I didn't save and post it. I was not a fan of these particular rations though I only purchased a single set of mains and there was no accessory pack with mine.
