The corn flake cereal bar is part of the Food Packet Survival General Purpose - Improved.

The FPSGP-I has 5 food bars, wintergreen tablets, iced tea mix, and chicken soup.

2 shortbread bars
1 chocolate dessert bar
1 corn flake cereal bar
1 granola bar

It is a tasty little thing that packs some calories. I'm pretty sure it has 1,447 calories. Yet is less than half the size of an MRE. Only 5% protein content - it is mostly carbs and fat. Great for when water supply is low and is non-thirst provoking.

A popular ration to people who like those bars. It's like opening 4 or 5 MREs to get the desserts but all in 1 box and without all the "real food".

The corn flake cereal bar is a coveted bar - you can rehydrate it with a little water and it is like having milk w/ cereal. Or eat as a bar. They are so delicious and not overly sweet.


It's cool Drew scored these and shared them for a very fair price here. When he gets more I know I'll be trying for some... they are too good to miss!
