Heh, in the 80s I had a history professor who proudly spoke of his shelter liberated containers of "vitamin" candies. Wonder if he meant these.

I've been hunting for one of these tins for my collection for some time now. They seem to be much more scarce than the survival biscuit tins, which every other surplus store has on-hand usually. Still, given the number that were produced, there have to be some floating around out there. :)
