Both caraway seeds and cumin seeds come from plants in the "Apiaceae" family the seeds look very, very similar.

My vote still goes to caraway
Though after reading the article on wikipedia I'm starting to wonder whether the manufacturers themselves actually know what they've put in those biscuits
. The recipe for these crackers is the same for the last 30-40 years. In this days there was no cumin in common use in Poland. The cumin taste is rather associated with Indian/Arabic dishes
