The Orifo drink powders also come in some of the Danish and Norwegian rations.

Not that it would help you, but the Orifo beverage bags do pop up at a couple of "unknown" or small webshops in Sweden and Denmark when I google around a bit.
Probably not the cheapest way for you to get them though

They seem to be priced around $1-$1.50 each...
