Steve reviewed the poutine IMP as well, and if I remember correctly was also a bit surprised, maybe expecting a more authentic version.

Thanks for the review, I'm with you, I do not feel the lasagna is one of the stronger offerings in the IMP lineup. But some of the items with it are great, I like the dessert it comes with.
The address you linked is part of the Forces internal only network, which is why you can not connect to it, find an IP, or even any real reference to it online. I'm not military, so I dont' really know any specifics, but in general terms, it's an internal military network resource.
