It's clothing issue not about rations, fabric got totally destroyed by just one washing and it's from one of the best companies that makes this kind of uniforms. When I contacted them they just keep blaming me even after their manager came into the discussion saying he is ex military ex spetznaz and he started talking about you need to wash it turned upside down and buttoned up in 30C. And it was turned upside down and instruction label says 40C not 30C like he said.shawker71 wrote:Thanks for the link. What problems are there with grey shop if I might ask? And I avoid grey shop for some time now and will continue to do that in future.
Didn't even get sorry, they just keep blaming the not following washing instructions by saying different things then the label says not to mention there is no instruction saying it needs to be turned upside down but it was turned over before the wash because most clothing like this is better being washed like that. They did offer 10% discount to make things better between us but that still does not approve the way this ended. Because I bought 2 sets and then customs send me reciept for the taxes and custom fees plus additional shipping price. If it happened here in EU I would get my money back or a new set of gorka, but since they have their own policy I guess it means it's always your fault if something goes wrong and you get something faulty or not as it was described.
PS
Of course this does not mean these guys are bad news, maybe this is just one negative experience among thousands of positive. I've always pushed my friends towards grey-shop when they wanted russian made gear and I have certanly help them a lot with making customers here in Croatia. The manager was much more polite and did tried a couple of times "to make things right between us" but they have deserved boycott from me at least for some time
