Beautiful collaboration of info on the Croatian Combat Ration, Asger! Very nice it is all in one place here.
I really enjoyed the Croatian Type 2 - - - The Peppered Crackers and that dark chocolate - the quality hone, and that beef goulash...! It was truly an enjoyable Ration, and thank you again to you Asger, Damir, and Bizon for that awesome experience!
I got the thing from you guys back in May, and I slowly picked up information as I went along before my execution. By the time I was done, I knew what was what without even having to translate it. Funny thing about that is now people ask me if I can read Croatian..! hahha

If possible it's great to make some pasta or rice and then mix it with goulash.
My favorite is still beans with bacon that you can find in type 3 IBO.
Also in older rations (IBO and CSO before them) this was the packing of crackers that we called Rambo Keksi because they where tough like Rambo, and only him could be able to eat them. This was croatian version of Panzer Crackers.
An older IBO Type 3 with old Rambo Cookies in camouflage wrapping (best before April 2012.)
This is the looks of CSO (Cjelodnevni Suhi Obrok) that was ration Croatian Army used before IBO (Individualni Borbeni Obrok).

I have been wanting one of these rations but i didnt really know how bad until i watched a video or 2 it seems like the newer version has not changed much there is just more of a emphasis on cracker freshness or not eating all of the crackers at the same time hence the 3 packages of them instead of one big package of rambo keks

but we have woodland pater on our keks hahah so u can hide them in the wood if u want and this is one more reason why we call them RAMBO keks..

This is like a polite version of tits or gtfo only in mre/rations kinda way
I've sent my last two rations to USA reviewers so I hope we shall see soon another type 3 review and for the first time type 4. If I get any rations in the future I'll keep you in mind since you're so enthusiastic about it.
