Some of items the officers mention on various occasions are raisins, stew, chocolate, coffee, tea, jam, napkins, salt, pepper, chewing gum, spoon. Number of ration is still unknown to me because some say there will be 7 different menues, and I hear there's like 18 courses, time will tell anyways... containing meals like borsch soup, buckwheat with meat, stewed potatoes...
24h ration =
3500 Kcal breakfast, lunch and dinner, with additionally issued bottled water - 0.5 liters for every diet
ATO zone personel will get additional 600 Kcal, with total of 4100 Kcal

Thanks for interesting pictures. It seems that there will be much more items in the rations, the main meals looks more or less the same, but we have soups here !
I wonder only why the FRH is Turkish - will it be a regular part of the rations or is it only for show?

What is ATO zone?
Does it mean the North Pole area?

They say in about 10-14 days the first batch should be in the ATO zone. About FHR it's still vague information, maybe they will have them only in 4100kcal versions for the frontline personel, maybe in both... by the end of this month I believe we will have more answers. They also say there's no food preservatives used in meals.

ATO zone is Anti-Terrorist Operation Zone in east Ukraine. Conflict area since middle of 2014.

From the pictures I see that kasha is included in the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Obviously a different type in each.
On one of those pouches it says "Kasha with rice and pork meat" the pouch next to it, has chicken soup with buckwheat.

Wow, didn't Ukraine switch to a new ration right when the war in Donbass started?

I am not sure how i missed this great thread on the newest NATO Ukrainian 24hr. Excellent thread and thanks Asger for sharing those great photos!
I was surfing the buy sell trade and saw Delicious shared a source link to some.
I bought mine off ebay and it came in within 2-3 weeks.
After shipping it ran about $65.
Also, mine looks very basic - less fancy than the ones in Asger's pictures. Maybe a slight downgrade in quality or just a different menu? The hard bread in the thin ziplock is odd - i guess it really is a 1 year shelf life Ration.
