alibaba =/= aliexpress
Alibaba is a wholesale site (as far as I understand) and you make deals with the manufacturer itself. Aliexpress is more like Ebay, deals between individuals. There is another site I am getting myself familiarized with:
http://www.taobao.com
More rations are available here, but I cannot get over the language barrier (as many seller put upload pictures as description and not plain text). When the time comes, I think I will hire a taobao-agent (they buy the items in country and sending it out internationally).

That comment was in regards to the previously posted link for halal meals. The point was to illustrate that there are other online sources for international meals other than eBay.
Personally, for me the joy of the hobby comes from the treasure hunt. I hit every military surplus store I can as well as every weekend I am at either a gunshow or Prepper show. To sum it up, international meals are out there just waiting to be found. I just got into this hobby a few months ago and already have aquired rations from Russia, UK, Canada, Germany, the UN, and Spain. I have rations currently en route from Israel, France, and Australia.
Hope this helps. Good luck with the hunt. If I can help, let me know. If you find a source for a particular country and can get multiples, get them then post trades on here to get different ones. This is a great forum with great members and everyone is eager to help.

OK I asked you about that, link you later described as African MRE: my question was how do you know that. It says for African market but I presumed you made identification by pictures of this ration and compared it to some African country.
And yeah this community is awesome, I agree.
BTW what UN ration you have? And do you plan to make reviews or you are using it outdoors (all mentioned, not just UN)?

It's a UN HDR. Hoping to make a video review of it soon. Did the Canadian MRE yesterday and hope to have it edited and uploaded later tonight. Not a big vegetarian fan, so will probably do the HDR later. Lol. But soon.
On one of the sites I was looking at, they had pics of the African rations and they are identical to the halal rations. Since the predominate religion in Africa is Islam, I made an assumption based off the pics.
