Interesting. I couldn't participate, for several reasons. But it seems like too much to do for just $200. $1000 would be more like it. Anyway, if I want MREs and/or TOTMs, which I presently don't, all I need to do is go to the nearby commissary. They sell MREs and TOTMs, singly and by the case.
