So here is the solution of the aspartam riddle.
I went through all my beverages. EPa had three different manufacturer:
The current ones:
The "Krüger" made ones, before:
made from sugar ("Zucker")
The early ones, made by "Uelzena":
Were made from both, sugar & aspertam
But the very early ones (here 1987):
were also made from sugar only
So it´s only one manufactuere at a certain time.

That would make sense. Mine per the date code were produced in 2010, and i do seem to recall an issue with sugar production around that time. Cant remember if there was a shortage or what the exact issue was, but i do remember prices shootin up and bags starting to be trimmed from 5lb to 4lb. So it stands to reason if there was a shortage, they would use a substitute to make up the difference.
Interesting. I need to find a non-aspartamin version now to do a comparison, since i dont have any issues with aspartamin.

I life in a "sugar area", we have a
sugar factory in our place. It wasn´t really a shortage, just the ordinary speculation at the sugar market that increased the prices.

What is the point of aspartame in such low concentrations?
Maltodextrin and dextrose are already being used as sweeteners in the various flavours.
