You are a man of many talents, Housil! 8) :D

My dad was a Chef throughout most of his working years and has passed on his skills to his 2 sons. Well maybe 1 son (my brother).. I'm really only good at making several dishes and heating military Rations..! :oops:

I love the 2 pictures, cool EMS Jacket! Also, very nice cooking setup you have there!
What dishes are you cooking in the 2nd picture? Looking good from all the way over here in FL!

My Dad lived in the US (New York and Miami) back in 1960 and was a chef with "Royal Caribbean". 40 years later, I also went to the US to see Miami and New York... :mrgreen:

I bought that jacket in New York City at "Fire Zone" http://www.fdnyfirezone.org/ where the fireman buy they uniforms.

At that picture, I was cooking sauce.

After you fry the meet:
Rouladen8.jpg
you add the vegetables

add tomato paste (to give the sauce it´s brown color)

pour the wine in
Rouladen11.jpg
and let most of the liquid cook away.

Housil that's why I make my kids cook fresh food so they will have some skills in mess hall Chow Hall, Galley or hunting campsite :D
