I just got several cases of MRE's and Heater Meals they were giving away.
The MRE's were old stock, either 2009 or 2010 B menus 13-24.
The indicator was ok though so I guess they are edible.

Gee, good to read that you are OK, givin the conditions.
Keep the spirit up and all the best in the mess after the tornado!
That must be just horrible, a tornado coming through, nomatter what.
Good that it cought you with your pants down, that means you were close to the bathtube, what seems to be a good place to hide in
( I know it has a different meaning but this just crossed my mind and I wanted to give it a positive twist to cheer you up)
