Oli, I'm just Red Cross volunteer. Is there an manual/book/any kind of document where I can find what's need to know for an EMT volunteer/proffesional?

Our´s isn´t "for free", but everybody is insured. As soon as you have a(ny) job, your employer must pay health care insurance if he want´s or not.
