Great idea! I actually do this with the FSRs that you make. I add very similar extra components like energy gel, extra crackers and spread, another drink.
Love the thinking!

Treesuit; this might be old new to you but looks like Zapplesauce has come up on the civy market now. I just noticed today. You can incorporate this into your mreinfo rations now;

I plan to do a more thorough review as well.
Absolutely a thumbs up
Basically its all the stuff you would raid an MRE for when you wanted fast energy.
Good amount of food, lots of sugar.
Need to have a jerky in each one, two in some. More apple sauce.
Less caffeine gum, that stuff is strong.
Maybe some candy instead of the energy gel things mixed in.
A simple coffee instead of a mix would be good also.
Sill have two to use so this in just an initial impression of the first 3 i have had
