The polymer trays, although not as robust as the metal, will last quite well compared to the "store packaged" style desserts.

The "store packaged" style are more o2 permeable, as well as allowing light right through the pack because they are clear.

Name_n_f, that sounds very sensible/logical, however, I think we'd all agree that Treesuit should taste test one, with lots of photos, just to be sure.

Preferably something we haven't seen before, and/or one of the oldest ones he has.

Treesuit shoot me a message if you want to part with any of those dessert trays; all the cakes, etc.. I have seen so far in the Polymer trays last at least 4 years I can vouch for that.
