I have just bought this nice Ratatuille MRE
. I hesitated when I saw the nutrition facts here because they seemed a bit low.
But it looked so tasty..I opened the MRE bag and I saw that this entree has different nutritional values.This one is packed for Sopacko.

The entrees have ~250 kcal (210-290). This is "OK" to me.

I referred to TurtleNomad's first post.On his entree box it's 160 cal and 8g protein.I usually buy menus with more protein and calories ( Chicken Noodles,Pesto Pasta...)because I train with weights. I have no problems with vegetarian MREs.

Ah, OK. Isee. You are right. 160cal isn´t this much...
