Treesuit....
I have been following the tail of the PLA's copycat trail for a while.
The chinese have been modernizing their military and during the 90's they began "looking" a lot like the western counterparts ; uniforms, helmets etc...specially looking a lot like the US military   They even redesigned their AK's in order to look like the M16 series of rifles, their tanks look a lot like the Abrahams. And recently they started to make their rations bags to look a lot like the MRE's even in the logo!!!!!
that's one of the reasons the US military adopted the ACU uniforms which they are "difficult" to copy. that's why the new USMC MARPAT has the globe and anchor in their patterns  ,because at one point the chinese military's BDU were almost identical to the US troops.and as you can see the chinese started their own digital patterns. Of course they are going to deny it....
Plus i bet the military already know this.

I think it has to be the "keep your friend close, your enemies closer..." attitude specially when they make EVERYTHING or almost everything we buy....
The pics?? I got them courtesy of the chinese state websites....
Peace!

Thanks for replies everyone! I showed my uncle these pics and the MREinfo.com website and he was just amazed at the stuff he saw. Interesting pics and a bit eerie how close those chinese rations resemble ours! One of the pics looks like energy bars not sure what they are, but I'll betcha one thing; the Chinese PLA have no veterinary service to investigate food poisoning among their troops caused by rations, or do they? Another thing, I'm sure their rations require them to drink lots of water as do ours.

The Black Hawks were sold by the US to the chinese in the laste 80's.....big mistake!!!
The Humvees...the sale never went through, for the moment...
You see, the USA has been slowly creating this monster with the economic tieas and dealings with the chinese. Walmart and many other companies are arming the chinese military every time they make bussiness with them to get "cheaper "crap to sell to us....
but we are not going to see it until is too late.Specially when we borrow money from tem and they owe the US debt.

Here are some pics of "chinese" technology...yeah right!

 If if they invade us, it will probably because of the need for spare parts..
Sure, someone may one day kill me with my own gun.
But they'll have to beat me to death with it because it's empty.

If they do invade us, they will be greeted with open arms as liberators in Amherst and Northampton Massachusetts, two highly socialist, America-hating college towns. Of course there are still patriots like me around who will resist.
