Thanks for reply housil

I noticed that coffeemate was on the list, and I'm sure you've seen the studies which ALLEDGEDLY link the hydrogenated oils in coffeemate to cancer and other nasty health issues. Of course I guess too much of anything is bad, but coffeemate is much better than trying to drink coffee black for me at least! Plus I think I read that you'd have to consume like 3 cans of coffeemate per day for years to get cancer, so enjoy!

Loads of industrial sweeteners also cause cancer if you eat/drink to much of them daily.. So does eating burned meat, breathing in the city, using cellphones etc..
Let's just enjoy our food, your going to die anyways.. but leave the unhealthy things that have loads of cholesterol, because that effects your health quite fast.. Just eat normally, and you'll have nothing to worry about..
By the way.. another American thing..: Beef Jerky!

Simple, instead of Coffeemate use milk with your coffee,a pinch of cardammon and brown sugar instead of the white....

Lucky Strike, only available in larger supermarket chains in my area, but I try and buy them if I see them, or stock up when I am over on the continent...the Tabaconist at Alexanderplatz Bahnhof in Berlin was very helpful in stocking me up

Even had the sterotype paper packets you see in films
Mountain Dew was available for a short time in the UK, a US flatmate had a 'care-package sent over' Hersheys, Mountain dew, Fluff Marshmallow spread (thats was awesome) and just random american candies. Nice to try different things.
The Reeses Cups and peanut butter things are quite popular over here too.

Garron, sorry to go slightly off topic here, but the Stop&Shop supermarket here in Massachusetts sells foreign candy bars and other goodies and I noticed the MARS bar from UK is different than the one made here in America (no nuts in UK version). Personally I like the UK candy bars better as they seem to taste less like a shaped lump of preservatives!

The British Mars bar, is just nougat, carmal and chocolate coating, The Snickers bar over here has nuts aswel.
My American flatmate, loved Cadburys and Mars chocolate, said american chocolate just didnt taste as good, personally I like Hersheys etc.
