Norge, you are waiting for snow. I'm waiting for snow, deer(rifle)season, and Taliban season, all at the same time. I was going to dress up in the snivel gear(parka,cw pants, circa 1980's) but it's friggen 70 degrees here in Virginia. Yes, it snows here, sometimes. Land of the "Flying Squirrels" baseball. 8)

Heck no, it ain't an Enfield. It's a Ruger 77RSI. My main deer rifle. I thought the Euro/Scandinavian guys might appreciate the full stock hunting rifle(carbine). They invented it. The English have no hunting rifles, anymore. :)
After the Chicken and the Egg, came the "Omelet"!

Can't you make a nice wallpaper picture from the nordic light?
(We never get to see it.. it's really special, but when we see it here, it means a chemical factory is burning down.. )
Sure, someone may one day kill me with my own gun.
But they'll have to beat me to death with it because it's empty.

I like Rugers !!! :D
I bought a M77 in .243 and a blackhawk in .357 way back in 1976 (Both Anniversery models :D )
Then I got a Mini-14 in the early 80's.
Great guns at a very good price!
The .243 has taken over a dozen deer but only one for the pistol.
Perfect for west coast deer, which are on the small size... Columbian blacktail.
The Mini-14 and my M1A is for SHTF...

Hi,
so Ruger also makes some sporting rifles with Stutzen stocks?
There's a lot of rifles I'd like to buy but 1° my wife would be furious, 2° the Government uses to forbid one type of gun just after I've bought one, I'm fed up with selling them just before the ban or having to give them for destruction :x
