Hmm interesting.. I have never ever seen fish sausage before, and was really convinced that it would boil away and pulverise.. :(

I'm heading to a japanese grocery store today, and I'll be looking for some things.

As in the photo above, it looks like the orange spread is sold in a tube like the honey?
