the 1989 rcw was only made by rafco,and if you read the menu list on the rcw you will see a differenceHow do you know the date on these cold weathers? I found some for sale that look just like this, but there is no date that I can see.

Yessir that British is from 1908 - so about 6 years before the war started. Safe to assume procurements of that ration were used throughout the war.
