Same in the UK, we have British rations sold here and no one has ever been prosecuted as far as I'm aware, the boxes do have the usual "not for resale" disclaimer on it.

I remember a time when I believe US declared it was illegal to resell surplused MRE's, that is to say leftover MRE's after a disaster kind of deal. They went after some eBay sellers but there were soooo many more, and more kept popping up that they gave up trying to regulate it. I could be wrong about it all though.

Right, we had that topic over here too. Authorities where "scanning" Ebay (US) for MRE sales.

I also saw a warning regarding US NRBQ equipment of modern generations being sold on ebay and sellers/buyer being tracked
