I found an interesting EPA on eBay.

Discussions about rations from other countries - IMPs, EPAs, RCIRs, etc.

I found an interesting EPA on eBay.
It's got TYP A and typB on it, do you think it's rare?

It's nice to get to know you.
I make videos of me trying rations of militaries of various countries
and upload them on Youtube.

Cool find, kato. Maybe one of our German members knows what these are.

In case the auctions go away, here's a copy of the text and pictures.

Sie bieten auf eine Einmannpackung Typ A, original verpackt mit der Versorgungsnummer 8970-12-146-9880. Gilt wohl schon als Sammlerstück ;o).

(Babelfished English translation: They offer original packed with the stock number 8970-12-146-9880 on a one-man packing type A. Is considered probably already as piece of collecting tank.)

Even worse, Housil will probably show us his huge stockpile of these exact EPa's...once again making us all insanely jealous of his rations collection. :-)

The good news is, we now have photographic proof that there is at least 1 ration left from the 1970s that Norge hasn't eaten yet  :D

Take a look here ;)

So the ration on ebay will be also from 1969 or 1970.

A ration from 1971 looks like this ;

:D :D :D

I´m sorry, but I eat them all during the Berlin Airlift...
Just kidding.

These EPa´s are (almost) as old as Rudi jubifahrer and me.

More old than rare and not edible for sure
