I got my first Spanish ration today, with the option to get more at a fair price if wanted. However, after looking around google and the net in general I can't find anywhere a list of the menus for these. The ration I have is dinner menu A 5, but I'd like to see a list for all of them before buying. Does anyone have a list? I know the obvious thing is to ask the seller, but putting it diplomatically, he doesn't seem to be the brightest spark in the box, so I'd rather see a written list if anyone has one.

That's great, thanks. :D
Now I can select some armed with the knowledge of what is inside.
I'll be going to collect them as it's not too far away, so I'll know what to get more of and what to leave.

If you have any menus you can add, that would be great. I'm pretty close to getting the Spanish rations page up and could really use that info!

The instruction leaflet also includes advice to the Spanish soldier not to eat the fuel tablets.
I can't think what would be funnier, seeing someone eat the fuel, or trying to light the vitamin C.
