hey all..

i got a strange question today. is there any french combat ration with wine :!: :?: :?: :?:

does anyone know something about that?

Hi,
never seen that! I imagine this is completely against the recent policies in the Army but in the former rations (till 1984) there was a tiny bottle of schnapps :P

The red wine wad supplied separately in a MRE entree style plastic pouch. It was TERRIBLE, even a hobo who was begging for something to drink spit the wine we gave him and gave us back the other pouches! :lol:
