RAF TYPE B RATION

Hello good afternoon,
Does anybody have any idea what year this could be and any kind of details on this small little thing? All I know is that its RAF and still sealed lolol

Hi Nation, from what I know these are in-flight rations, some made in the '40s but most I've seen are 50s (1957/9 comes to mind the most) - they contain stuff like gum, candy, boiled sweets, etc

Is this really that rare as the seller says?
So the DOP is for sure 50’s?
Oh kinda like the in flight ration that steve reviewed with the gum and different candy. I cant remember but it was american and the year was 44’

Empty tins aren't rare, this is however only the second one I've seen with contents (Or I would assume, as this is "sealed") so I would say it is relatively rare in its state. I wouldn't pay too crazy a price for it though
