I propose Ashland, VA. Small quaint town just off I-95 north of Richmond. It has a railway running through the town for train fans. You can Google two webcams in either direction of the tracks if you want to get a sense of the place. I'm in Baltimore, so it is semi local for me.

On topic, you going to say Tennessee is destination USA? You’ve got some pretty beautiful areas. Heck, there’s a carrier parked down on the Gulf, with some excellent fishing, and some beautiful beaches.

I don’t believe I have ever given this impression, hahah. You’ve asked my opinion on Discord, and here, and I’ve only ever said “I would love to combine a meetup trip with some kind of destination” with the intent of suggesting that a meet up might be more attractive if people can also turn it into a bit of a vacation.

Now I’m one opinion, so please don’t assume that it matters more than anyone else. I sure don’t think so . I’m just going to decide on how I want to spend my money: especially if it comes down to “villa on a beach” or “warm warehouse in nowhere”.
