Dutch tuna pate slightly bulged, normal?

Post by mre360 »

I recently picked up a little container of Dutch tuna pate for 20 cents when I made a military surplus order.
Does the foil part always look a little puffed up, or is there something wrong with it?
I'm not familiar with this sort of packaging.

Never eat any swollen/puffed up containers, it´s probably spoiled (botulism).

It's 8 months past its best by date.

That sort of packaging usually doesn’t last beyond it’s best by date.
Don’t consume it.
Got Russian, Belarusian or Ukrainian rations to sell? I will buy it. Please PM me.
