Today I helped a family clean out an old Vermont farmhouse. Lo and behold, the last place in the house that we went, waaaay down deep in the root cellar, I found three pristine sealed cases of MREs! All are lot 64, dated 6/82.
What are these worth? Keep as they are or open one just out of sheer curiosity?

FWIW, about a year ago, I purchased a case of 1984 MREs for $40 from someone directly. Around that same time, I purchased a case of 1982 MREs from an Army Surplus store for $70. So I'd say anywhere from $50-70 per case.
