This go around we'll be checking out a UN Patrol Combat Ration Pack. This is a military ration produced in the UK for use by United Nations Peacekeeping Forces. This ration is extremely similar to the British 12-Hour Ration Pack and is essentially the UN version of the American Meal Ready to Eat. This particular example is their Occidental Menu 2. These rations come in several different variations to coincide with different dietary requirements and tastes around the world. The meal itself wasn't bad. The main is really the star and the sides as just kind of there. I'd say the UN Peacekeepers are eating pretty good.
