First I noted the too dark color It failed the taste test
and obviously got spoiled.As this is the very first time, I got a "bad" cheese, how are your experiences? Can this happens to the jalapeno cheese only?

Sry, no other components. These cheese came out of my "Cheese" box. All my rations are stored in an AC room at constant temp.
